Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
• Items must have all tags and labels attached
• Some items are non-returnable (e.g., intimate apparel, personalized items)

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
4. Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package
5. Drop off your package at a designated shipping location
