We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Some items are non-returnable, such as intimate apparel and personalized items.

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method you choose: Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days, Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days, and Next Day Air delivers on the next business day (if ordered before cutoff time).
